What to Expect
Parking is available in the lot on the east side of the building or along the street. Expect to be greeted warmly as you enter. Greeters are generally at the north and west entrances and can direct you to the nursery, classrooms, restrooms, etc.
What Do I Wear
We care more about what's in your heart than what's on your back. Wear whatever you're comfortable in. The 8:00 service tends to be a bit more conservative overall but you won't feel out of place regardless of your attire.
What About the Offering Plate?
We collect an offering every Sunday but visitors shouldn't feel obligated to give anything. Instead, we ask that you simply register your attendance in the folder that is passed out during this time.
What About the Kids?
Nursery care for children under age 3 is available during worship and Family Education Hour. A special Childrens Worship is included during the 10:30 service.
What Do Lutherans Believe?

Family Education Hour
Children: 3 years old - 8th grade meet for Sunday School and Confirmation classes. Nursery is provided for any infant or toddler from 9-10am.
Adults: We have 2-3 adult classes at any given time. Topics vary but are always interesting and provide good Christian fellowship. Classes meet in the classrooms or the Mission House.
Where's The Mission House? The Mission House is a house we use for classrooms and meeting space at 410 E Piankishaw. It's east of the church on the same side of the street, directly across the parking lot.
Other Education Opportunities
We offer a variety of Bible Study opportunities for spiritual growth. Some examples are:
Weekday Bible Study
Women's Bible Study
Men's Bible Study - Wednesdays, 6 AM, Mission House
Vacation Bible School for kids - Summer
Stephen Ministry Training

I don’t like the hymns. I like the hymns.
I like to sing old songs. I like to sing new songs.
I like the traditional liturgy. I don’t like the liturgy.
Worship Styles
The following are comments that we've all heard about worship services over the years:
With this in mind, we offer three services to provide more options for personal schedules, and individual tastes in music and worship style.
Our purpose is to unite in sharing the good news of Jesus through worship, fellowship, and service to encourage spiritual growth, personal witness, and a concern for others.
